New Construction

The plan is for this new (replacement) school has four wings, connected by a perpendicular circulation spine. Barrel-vault standing seam roofs define each wing, while the brick and metal panel exterior provides a durable, low-maintenance wall surface.

The 112,000 square foot facility is designed to serve 725 students in grades 5-7, and includes:

• General purpose classrooms
• Art classrooms
• Music classrooms
• Computer labs
• Gymnasium
• Multi-purpose room with stage and kitchen
• Specialist rooms
• Information center
• Administrative offices
• Teacher workrooms
• Various supply/storage rooms
• Support rooms

Construction of this LEED silver school is ongoing.
